FOR MOBILE BARBERS

Booking software for a barbershop that travels.

Take at-home and on-site appointments with a booking page that travels with you. Collect deposits, set your travel radius, and let clients book without a call. No commission, no contract.

At-home and on-site bookings

Clients can book a haircut at their home, office, hotel, or event location. The booking form captures the address and any arrival details. No phone tag, no note-taking — the appointment is confirmed and the details are attached.

Travel fee built into the service

Add a travel fee to any mobile service so you're not absorbing fuel and drive time in your margin. The fee is disclosed at booking and collected through Stripe at the same time as any deposit.

Deposits to hold the slot

A mobile appointment is a committed drive. Collect a deposit or cancellation fee through Stripe when the client books so a last-minute no-show doesn't cost you both the time and the travel. Refund policies are disclosed before they confirm.

Your own professional booking page

A mobile barber with a clean booking page looks like a real business, not just a DM thread. Your page lists your services, your hours, your prices, and a booking flow that confirms the appointment without any back-and-forth.

Client history on your phone

Every client's visit history, cut preferences, and any notes are in the booking system, accessible from your phone between appointments. When you show up at a new client's door, you already know what they booked and what to bring.

Reminders that run automatically

Email and SMS reminders go out automatically before every appointment so you're not texting each client manually the night before. Fewer no-shows mean fewer wasted drives.

FAQ

Questions mobile barbers owners ask.

Can the booking form collect the client's address and arrival details?

Yes. When a service is marked as mobile or travel-required, the booking form prompts the client for their address and any additional arrival notes. Those details are attached to the appointment so you have everything before you drive.

How do I charge a travel fee?

You can add a travel fee to any service. It shows up as a line item at booking, disclosed to the client before they confirm. The fee is collected through your Stripe account along with any deposit, so it's already accounted for when the appointment is confirmed.

Do you take a commission on mobile bookings?

No. Dropinly is not a marketplace. You pay a flat monthly plan, and payments run through your own Stripe account. There is no commission on your clients and no booking fee per appointment.
