ACCOUNT DELETION

Delete your Dropinly account.

Two ways to do it (in-app or public form below), what gets deleted vs retained, and how long it takes.

Preferred way: delete from within the app

Customer (you book at shops)

  1. Sign in at dropinly.com/signin or in the Dropinly customer mobile app
  2. Open My account → Preferences
  3. Scroll to Delete account
  4. Confirm by typing your email address

Shop owner

  1. Sign in at dropinly.com/signin or in the Dropinly Owner mobile app
  2. Open Admin → Settings
  3. Scroll to Delete this shop
  4. Confirm by typing your shop's URL slug
  5. Active paid subscriptions: cancel through the Customer Portal first (so Stripe stops auto-renewing)

What happens when you submit

  • 1.
    Immediate confirmation — we email you a receipt with a reversal link valid for 30 days.
  • 2.
    30-day grace window — your account is soft-deleted. You can restore it with one click from the email link. You cannot sign in during this period.
  • 3.
    After 30 days — hard delete fires automatically. A background job permanently removes personal fields. A final confirmation email goes out.

Don't have access to the app?

If you can't sign in (lost device, forgot the email, etc.), submit this form. We verify your identity over email, then delete within 30 days (we may need up to 45 days for complex requests per GDPR Art. 12).

How long it takes

  • In-app delete — immediate soft-delete, hard-delete after the 30-day grace
  • Public form — within 30 days of identity verification (up to 45 days for complex requests; we will notify you if more time is needed)
  • Active subscriptions — please cancel via the Stripe Customer Portal first so Stripe stops auto-renewing
  • Pending refunds / charges — completed first, then deletion runs
