OUR PROMISE, IN WRITING
We are not a marketplace.
The directory at /shops exists so people can find a booking page — never so we can sell your customers back to you. Here's exactly what that means, as a binding policy.
What we will never do
- • No paid ranking. You can't buy your way up the shop directory. Order is neutral — never auctioned.
- • No commission on your clients. We never take a cut of a booking from a client who is already yours.
- • No competitor ads on your page. We will never place another shop's promotion on your booking page or confirmation screens.
- • No first-booking fee. We don't charge you to "acquire" a customer who found you through your own link.
- • No exclusivity. You can use other tools at the same time. Your clients, your calendar, your choice.
What the /shops directory actually is
A neutral index of public booking pages for shops that opt in. It links straight to your own page on your own domain. There's no ranking algorithm to game, no boost to buy, and no ad inventory. If we ever can't keep it neutral, we'll remove it rather than compromise this policy.
How we make money instead
A flat monthly subscription, published in full on our pricing page, plus standard payment processing on deposits you choose to collect. That's it. No marketplace tax, no surprise fees. If a fee isn't on the pricing page, it doesn't exist.
