Yes. You can attach custom intake forms, consent forms, and waivers to any service. The client receives the form link with their confirmation and fills it in before they arrive. The response is stored on their booking record and their client profile.

How does patch-test tracking work?

You can mark a service as requiring a patch test. When a client books that service, you can flag the test requirement and attach the result to their record. Future bookings for the same client will show their patch-test history so you always treat from up-to-date information.

Is this right for a solo esthetician or only studios with multiple staff?
