Logo, colors, and naming guidelines. Free to use in press, partnerships, and integrations under the rules below.
Name
- Use: Dropinly (capital D, lowercase rest, no hyphen, no space)
- Don't: DropInly, drop-inly, Drop in.ly, Dropinly™ (we don't use the trademark symbol)
- The product surface is referred to as "the Dropinly platform" or "Dropinly". Customer apps: "Dropinly".
Logo

- Use the wordmark above with at least 16 px of clear space around it.
- Don't stretch, recolor outside of brand palette, add drop shadows, or place over busy backgrounds.
- For small contexts (favicon, app icon), use the "D" letterform from the wordmark.

Typography
- Display: Instrument Serif (fallback: Times New Roman, serif). Used in headers, titles, and the wordmark.
- Body: Geist (fallback: Inter, system-ui, -apple-system, sans-serif).
- Mono: JetBrains Mono (fallback: ui-monospace, SF Mono) for eyebrow labels + technical text.
Voice
- do Be direct. Lead with the customer's job, not the platform.
- do Use plain English. No jargon, no "synergies."
- do Use US idioms (book, slot, walk-in) and US date formats unless a region overrides.
- don't Talk down to shop owners. They're experts in their craft.
- don't Make jokes that mock customers or the labor of running a small business.
Trademark + usage
- The Dropinly name and wordmark are trademarks of Dropinly. You can use them to describe interoperability, integrations, or compatibility, and in press / partnership contexts.
- You can't use the name in a way that suggests endorsement we haven't given, or that creates confusion about the source of a product.
- Permission to use the logo + name in commercial materials is granted on request — write to [email protected].
